People are becoming bored of seeing the same runways and collections, so brands are stepping outside the traditional fashion landscape to create more engaging and memorable experiences for their audiences. Here is a list of ten luxury brands that have embraced experiential marketing and are redefining how customers interact with their brand.

1. Miu Miu Jazz Club

Miu Miu organised the Miu Miu Jazz Club in Tokyo to celebrate the reopening of its Ginza flagship store, further strengthening its long-standing relationship with music. Inspired by Japanese jazz culture and Kissaten sensibilities, the event offered a unique and immersive experience that resonated with younger audiences. Expanding its presence beyond fashion, the brand has also entered the hospitality space by opening Prada Caffè in London and Singapore. 3. Dior Wellness Journey

The first-ever Dior Wellness Journey, which is gaining significant attention in the fashion and luxury space, is new and making waves. The train, departing from Scotland, offers a 4-day, 3-night wellness experience along with two signature bespoke treatments, one private nutrition consultation, mindful walks, wild swimming, hiking, forest bathing, Pilates, and meditation. 4. Louis Vuitton Visionary Journey

The summer collaboration everyone is talking about is Jacquemus collaborating with Monte-Carlo to capture the spirit of the Riviera while also celebrating the opening of two Jacquemus boutiques. Through the concept of a pop-up store, the brand created an immersive experience for customers that not only highlighted the new launch but also served as a way to showcase Chanel’s artisanal values and craftsmanship.

Gucci Town is a virtual world created by Gucci inside Roblox. It is a platform where you can play mini-games, experiment with your avatar, buy Gucci digital products, create digital artwork, and learn about Gucci's heritage. It is an online platform where you can not only shop but also chill around, just like a game on your phone.

10. Hermès Dinner

Hermès opened an elite kitchen exclusively for members chosen by them, where guests were taken to the restaurant draped in the iconic Hermès scarf. With limited seating, it created an environment of mystery among them. Then, the protagonists—the chefs—appeared and explained the rules of the dining experience. That is how they not only promoted their brand but also created a sense of scarcity and demand among their customers.
