Ennismore brings its Morgans Originals brand to India with Roswyn – a full-suite hotel in Mumbai built around the needs of the modern business and leisure traveller.
Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport in Mumbai, perfect for business travellers, long-stay guests, and also for those who simply want a well-designed base in one of India's most active cities.
Morgans Originals, for those less familiar, is Ennismore's collection of independently spirited hotels – each shaped by its location, with an emphasis on personality-driven design and spaces that function as much for locals as for guests. Roswyn follows that brief closely. The hotel is organised around the idea that work, rest and social life don't need to be separated, and the programming — from its suites to its restaurants to its workspace — reflects that consistently.
THE SUITES
Roswyn offers 109 suites, each starting at 80 square metres — a size that puts them well above the category average. Every suite includes a lounge area, kitchenette, home bar and dedicated study, making them practical for extended stays or for guests who need a proper workspace within the room. The layout reads more like a serviced apartment than a conventional hotel room, which appears to be the intention.

The interiors were designed by Paris-based Daphné Desjeux, who drew on Mumbai's character rather than its more obvious visual references. The result is a series of spaces that feel considered and personal — embroidered portraiture, ceramic pieces marked simply "Bombay", and photographic works referencing the city's coastline feature throughout.
DINING
Fi’lia, the Italian restaurant, is a vibrant, chic spot built around the idea of generational cooking and serves Neapolitan-style pizzas and hand-rolled pastas, as well as a seasonal menu, while Black Lacquer, designed as a Japanese listening vinyl bar, is perfect for Asian bar bites and drinks, including sake, shochu, and classic highballs sitting alongside house signatures.

WELLNESS & OTHER AMENITIES
The wellness programme at Roswyn is anchored by Blu Xone, a longevity-focused concept described as the first of its kind in India. The fitness centre is equipped by Technogym, and the property also includes an infinity pool. A Tiny Town children's zone caters to guests travelling with families.
The Third Room is the hotel’s business center where work and downtime naturally come together. It is designed as a space for travellers between flights, locals stopping in for meetings, or guests who wish to network with locals and each other. Across all its facilities, Roswyn maintains a clear separation of purpose between spaces while keeping the overall guest experience cohesive. The social workspace, restaurants, wellness facilities and guest rooms each operate independently without feeling disconnected from one another.
