1. InterContinental Chennai Mahabalipuram Resort Redefines Coastal Luxury

InterContinental Chennai Mahabalipuram Resort has unveiled the final phase of its multi-million-dollar transformation, introducing a refreshed beachfront experience along Tamil Nadu’s scenic East Coast Road. Spread across 15 acres, the reimagined resort features 110 upgraded guestrooms and suites, including luxury accommodations with private pools and plunge pools. New additions include the ocean-facing Vaibhava Ballroom, expansive beach lawns, rooftop lounge, speciality restaurants, sports pavilion, meditation gardens, wellness spaces and curated cultural experiences. Located near the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Mahabalipuram, the property aims to set a new benchmark for destination-led leisure, celebrations and business travel on the Coromandel Coast.

2. France Expands Prestigious Palace Hotel Collection to 33 Properties for 2026

Atout France has unveiled the 2026 collection of France’s Palace hotels, the country’s highest distinction for luxury hospitality. Following a rigorous evaluation process, 27 establishments retained their Palace status, while six new properties joined the exclusive list, bringing the total to 33 Palace-designated hotels across France. The collection includes renowned properties in Paris, the French Alps, the Côte d’Azur, South-West France, the Champagne region, and French overseas territories. Created in 2010, the Palace distinction recognises five-star hotels that demonstrate exceptional service, heritage, location, and guest experience. The designation highlights France’s commitment to hospitality excellence and strengthens the international appeal of Destination France.

3. Air India and Riyadh Air Partner to Enhance Connectivity

Air India and Riyadh Air have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to explore a strategic partnership aimed at expanding travel options between India, Saudi Arabia, and international destinations. Subject to regulatory approvals, the collaboration will include interline and codeshare agreements, enabling seamless travel across both airlines’ networks through a single booking. The partnership will also explore cooperation in loyalty programmes, cargo services, operational support, and digital initiatives. Leveraging their hubs in Delhi, Mumbai, and Riyadh, the airlines aim to strengthen business, tourism, and family travel links while improving connectivity for passengers travelling between the two countries and onward to destinations across Europe and beyond.

4. ZENITH Unveils a New Timepiece to Celebrate America’s 250th Anniversary

Swiss watchmaker ZENITH has introduced the CHRONOMASTER Revival Liberty II, a special-edition timepiece commemorating the United States’ 250th anniversary. Inspired by the iconic 1969 A384 model, the watch features a 37mm tonneau-shaped case, a white lacquered dial with blue counters, and design elements reflecting the American flag. Powered by the legendary El Primero 400 calibre, it delivers high-frequency chronograph precision and a 50-hour power reserve. Available exclusively in the United States, the collection includes a stainless steel edition limited to 250 pieces and an ultra-exclusive forged carbon version limited to just 25 pieces. The launch also honours ZENITH founder Georges Favre-Jacot’s historic inspiration from American industrial innovation.

5. Hublot Marks 20 Years in Football as Official Timekeeper of the 2025/26 UEFA Champions League

Hublot celebrated the conclusion of the 2025/26 UEFA Champions League season in Budapest, marking every moment of the tournament as the competition’s Official Timekeeper. The season also commemorated 20 years of Hublot’s involvement in football, a journey that began in 2006 and has since included major partnerships with FIFA and UEFA tournaments worldwide. To honour the occasion, the Swiss watchmaker introduced the limited-edition Classic Fusion Chronograph UEFA Champions League Titanium, restricted to 100 pieces. Featuring a titanium case, UEFA-inspired design elements, and an automatic chronograph movement, the timepiece celebrates both the tournament’s 70th anniversary and Hublot’s decade-long association with Europe’s premier club football competition.

6. Sneaker Con Doha Sets Global Attendance Record with Over 33,000 Visitors

The inaugural edition of Sneaker Con Doha concluded by attracting more than 33,000 visitors and becoming the largest event in the franchise’s history since its launch in 2009. Held at the Doha Exhibition and Convention Center as part of Visit Qatar’s ‘Hala Summer’ campaign, the three-day event brought together sneaker enthusiasts, collectors, and streetwear fans from around the world. Featuring 60 international vendors, the event generated over QAR 1.2 million in sales through rare sneakers, limited-edition releases, and collectibles. Visitors also enjoyed live entertainment, interactive activations, sporting competitions, panel discussions, and on-site authentication services.

7. CMF and Gully Labs Announce Exclusive Drop of Their Co-Created Sneaker

CMF and Gully Labs are bringing back the CMF x Gully Labs Xoloni Orange sneaker for one final drop, with only a limited number of pairs available. As an additional surprise for the community, every successful purchase at the final drop will also include an authentic Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) jersey, signed by the players, celebrating Nothing’s role as the Title Sponsor of RCB during the 2026 T20 season. The collaboration first began with #DesignCMFKicks, a nationwide design challenge that invited India’s next generation of creators to reinterpret Gully Labs’ signature GL001 silhouette using the colours, textures, and industrial design language of CMF Phone 2 Pro.

Charlotte Tilbury has strengthened its presence in India with the launch of a new standalone Beauty Wonderland at DLF Mall of India, Noida, in partnership with Nykaa. Following the success of its flagship store in New Delhi, the new location offers an immersive beauty destination featuring the brand’s iconic makeup, skincare, and fragrance collections, including Pillow Talk, Magic Cream, and Airbrush Flawless. The store offers expert consultations, complexion matching, bridal beauty services, and tailored makeup experiences.

9. Vivaano Debuts in India with Premium Tequila Expressions Crafted in Mexico

Vivaano, a new premium tequila house founded by entrepreneur Arjunpreet Singh Sahni, has officially entered the Indian market with two expressions—Blanco and Reposado—launching across select hospitality and fine-dining venues in Delhi NCR through Suvira Spirit. Crafted in Jalisco, Mexico, both tequilas are made from 100% puro de agave, slow-roasted in traditional brick ovens and double-distilled before bottling. Its newly launched Vivaano Society aims to support bartender and sommelier education, fostering a stronger culture of craft and community within India’s hospitality industry.

10. Kantala Spirits Introduces Gracia Século XVI, a Premium Cashew Feni

Kantala Spirits has launched Gracia Século XVI, a premium cashew feni that pays tribute to Goa’s rich cultural and distillation heritage. Crafted in small batches using traditional methods dating back over 450 years, the spirit is made from cashew apples sourced from North Goa’s Pernem region and double-distilled in copper pot stills. Aged in earthenware and glass garrafaos, it offers a smooth profile with tropical fruit, spice, and earthy notes. Housed in a distinctive blue bottle, Gracia Século XVI aims to position feni as a modern premium spirit while celebrating Goa’s history and craftsmanship.

11. Galeries Lafayette Mumbai Hosts Exclusive Lacoste x Roland Garros Retail Experience

Galeries Lafayette Mumbai has unveiled a first-of-its-kind Lacoste x Roland Garros immersive takeover, celebrating the partnership between the renowned French fashion brand and the prestigious tennis tournament. Timed with the Roland Garros season, the experience transforms the luxury retail destination through tennis-inspired installations, interactive displays, and a dedicated pop-up showcasing the latest Lacoste x Roland Garros capsule collection. 12. Italian Brand Carpisa Debuts in India with Neopolis Brands

Carpisa, the Italian market leader in women's and men's bags, luggage, accessories and small leather goods, has officially entered the Indian market with the opening of its first store at Phoenix Market City Mall, Whitefield, Bangalore. The store launch was commemorated with an exclusive in-store soirée attended by Mr Giandomenico Milano, the Consul General of Italy in Bengaluru, alongside actor and style icon Sobhita Dhulipala. The Imperial New Delhi has introduced Haute Patisserie, a new dessert destination inspired by the rich pastry traditions of Paris and Vienna. 14. FOO Expands, Brings its Pan-Asian Flavours to Mumbai’s Iconic Neighbourhood

FOO has opened its 15th outlet in India and 10th in Mumbai, marking its arrival in Juhu with a design-forward dining destination.
