As part of its Hello Spring Spring/Summer 2026 campaign fronted by Shanaya Kapoor, Steve Madden India unveils a statement-led product edit. 3. Bvlgari unveils Eclettica, A Bold New Chapter in High Jewelry & Watchmaking

Bvlgari unveils Eclettica, an ambitious high jewellery and watchmaking collection that redefines luxury through the lens of eclecticism. Rooted in the artistic heritage of Rome, the collection draws from sculpture, painting, and architecture to create over 150 one-of-a-kind masterpieces, including nine exceptional “Capolavori” that represent the pinnacle of craftsmanship and design. The collection features an unprecedented number of transformable creations, where bold volumes, rare gemstones, and innovative structures come together to create jewellery that moves fluidly between forms. Spread across a forested hillside, the property features just four private suites, blending minimalist architecture with natural materials like stone, wood, and glass to create a seamless connection with nature. Dining is an immersive experience, rooted in seasonal, locally sourced ingredients and Pahadi flavours, curated by Chef Pankaj Sharma. 5. Indian Accent Celebrates 3 Years with a New Menu & The Show Kitchen Experience

On its anniversary, Indian Accent continues to deepen its commitment to social impact through its partnership with Salaam Baalak Trust. In association with its New Delhi outpost, the restaurant supports two girl child shelter homes—Udaan DMRC Children Home in New Delhi and Arushi Home in Gurugram—by funding four daily meals for each child for every table served.The new menu reflects Indian Accent’s signature modern Indian lens, beginning with playful, chaat-inspired small plates such as panna-pakodi with summer mango and papdi chaat with crackling spinach. Mains bring together regional inspirations and layered flavours, from meat ka karela with baked naan to dry-aged duck with khandvi and mango fajeto. Seafood and comforting classics like Old Delhi butter chicken add depth, while dishes such as Iberico pork roast with inventive accompaniments highlight the restaurant’s contemporary approach. A lighter tasting menu caters to evolving dining preferences. In Mumbai, the restaurant also introduces the Show Kitchen Experience—an intimate, chef-led format at The Centurion private dining room, offering an immersive, interactive meal for small groups.
6. China’s Best Bar, Hope & Sesame Pops Up at After Dinner, Goa

For the first time ever, China’s best bar, Hope & Sesame (#29 on World’s 50 Best Bars 2025, #7 on Asia’s 50 Best Bars), is taking over After Dinner in Goa for a one-night-only experience. Taking over the bar for the night, Hope & Sesame’s Amy Yu and Jing Liang will showcase a line-up of standout cocktails – from the Earl Grey Dark & Stormy (with house-brewed ginger beer) to the indulgent Frozen Nutella Martini and more.

7. 403 Forbidden Bar brings in a Collaborative Format Redefining Bangalore’s Cocktail Culture

403 Forbidden Bar, Bangalore, unveils OVERRIDE, a recurring intellectual property designed to redefine how Bangalore experiences cocktails, culture, and community. Built as a structured format hosted two Sundays every month, the platform introduces two distinct expressions: Firewall and Day Shift. The upcoming Day Shift edition brings together cocktail craftsmanship and neighbourhood roastery culture in a thoughtfully curated afternoon experience in collaboration with Kinya Coffee. The experience will feature a curated cocktail menu featuring special cocktails by Aman Dua, including signature cocktails alongside Kinya Coffee. Guests will be invited to engage with guided sessions exploring coffee extraction techniques, brew experiments, and coffee-forward cocktails, while also discovering cross-disciplinary ingredient integrations.
