Making these laid-back afternoons even more exciting, Grammie introduces its Prosecco Brunch, bringing a bubbly twist to your Saturdays and Sundays.
GRAMMIE is a hospitality project led by Tanveer Kwatra, built around the idea of creating a space that feels refined yet effortless. Designed to transition seamlessly from power lunches to high-energy evenings, Grammie brings together Wafu Italian cuisine with bold Mediterranean influences where Japanese precision meets the warmth and soul of European dining.
The new Prosecco brunch concept for weekends is built around an easy mix of sharing plates, wood-fired dishes, live-fire cooking and playful takes on familiar favourites. The menu moves from fresh and light to indulgent. The buffet spread features classic oysters, hamachi arangiri, prawn ceviche and gyozas, alongside pizzas, burgers, ramen to choose from, all paired with sparkling Prosecco. There is plenty to finish on a sweet note too, from churros with raspberry sauce & chocolate to the much-loved gelato cart where you can choose your own flavours or sundae. At its core, GRAMMIE is a food-forward restaurant driven by ingredient-led cooking and the depth of live-fire technique. Guided by seasonality and instinct rather than trends, the menu focuses on honest cooking with depth and balance. Every dish is designed to feel comforting yet refined—built on strong flavours, quality ingredients, and thoughtful execution.
Alongside the brunch, GRAMMIE has also introduced Ponte Di Grammie, a new cocktail programme inspired by the Mediterranean. Across 15 cocktails and four themes Forest, Garden, Orchard and Sea, the menu brings together citrus, herbs, fruit, smoke, salinity and umami in fresh, contemporary combinations.
